Coldplay | “Midnight” Video + “Magic”.

Last week, Coldplay announced their return with the first video and single from their upcoming sixth studio album, Ghost Stories. Mixing Imogen Heap with Bon Iver, they’re unexpectedly experimental and have reinvented themselves to such an extent that they are barely recognisable, but it feels like just the right overhaul the long-running group needed and comes at the perfect time for their career.  It doesn’t stop there, because they’ve surprised us again with another track from the album, and although it’s far closer to what you would expect from them, it still feels quite refreshing.
